Exchange & Return Policy
At Unit 6, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lingerie purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible.
Return & Exchange Period:
You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Intimate apparel such as panties and bodysuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Accessories and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Send an email to returns@placeorderonunit6@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any items back.
Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: Return the item(s) to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Process:
Returns: Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will process the exchange once we receive the original item in its original condition. Exchanged items will be shipped to you free of charge.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We recommend trying on lingerie items over your own underwear for hygienic reasons.
